I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the WUSV this year. I was able to make many new friends from Europe who share the love of the German Shepherd Dog. Dogs from all over the world competed in Tracking (A), Obedience (B) and Protection (C). While only one dog/handler team is declared the winner, all participants were winners from this novices viewpoint. Meeting people who are so devoted that they spend each and every moment working hard to improve the German Shepherd dog is truly humbling.
